2. 33-Night Sleep Guarantee

We understand that sleep is personal — and the right product should truly feel right for you.

That’s why we offer an extended 33-night sleep guarantee, allowing you to test selected products safely in your own home. The guarantee begins on the day you receive your package (home delivery or parcel collection).

Bedding and accessories are not covered by the sleep guarantee but may be returned under the 14-day withdrawal policy if unused.


Before You Return

You have 33 nights to determine whether the product works for you. The body often needs time to adapt to new sleep products.

If the product is a gift, please contact our customer service to discuss postponing the guarantee start date.


How to Use the Sleep Guarantee

  1. Contact us at [email protected] before the 33 days expire.
  2. Tell us why the product didn’t work for you (we value your feedback).
  3. We will send you a link to our returns portal.
  4. You will receive a return label ($3.9).
  5. Return the package no later than 7 days after the guarantee period ends.
  6. Returns are processed within 7–14 business days.
  7. Your refund will be issued.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.
If paid by gift card, a new gift card will be issued.


Important Conditions

The product may be tested but must not be:

  • Broken
  • Damaged
  • Stained
  • Used beyond normal testing

Original packaging is not required, but secure packaging is mandatory.

If the product shows excessive use, we reserve the right to deduct depreciation or refuse the return. Rejected items can be returned to you at your expense.


Discounts & Promotions

If you received a quantity discount (e.g., buy 2 pillows) and return only one item, the discount will be deducted from the refund.

If you received a free gift and no longer meet the promotion conditions, the value of the gift will be deducted if not returned.

The sleep guarantee may generally be used once per customer per product category. We reserve the right to refuse usage in case of suspected abuse.

Subsequent purchases are covered by the 14-day withdrawal rule.


3. Warranty (2 Years)

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may file a complaint within 2 years from the purchase date.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults occurring under normal use.

If the product was received as a gift, the original order number is required.


How to File a Complaint

  1. Contact [email protected] within 2 years of purchase.
  2. Describe the issue in detail and include photos/videos.
  3. We assess the case and provide possible solutions.
  4. If needed, we provide a complaint link and free return label.
  5. Complaints are processed within 7–14 business days.
  6. Resolution may include replacement, store credit, or refund.

Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Washing above 30°C
  • Tumble drying against instructions
  • Damage during washing
  • Broken zippers due to misuse
  • Cosmetic defects not affecting functionality
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor seam loosening not affecting durability
  • Using products without recommended covers

If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.


4. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Products not covered by the sleep guarantee may be returned within 14 days.

Products must be unused and in original condition.

For hygiene reasons, bedding (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) may only be returned if unopened.

You must notify us via email before returning.
Returns must be shipped within 7 days of cancellation notice.

You are responsible for safe packaging and return shipping risk.

Rejected returns may be sent back at your expense.

We do not accept COD shipments.

Free return shipping applies only if created through our official returns portal.


5. Prices & Promotions

We offer a 33-day price match guarantee.

If the price of the exact item you purchased is reduced within 33 days, we will match the difference and issue it as store credit.

Price match does not apply to:

  • VIP offers
  • Limited campaigns
  • Personal discount codes
  • Flash or queue promotions

Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated at checkout.
