How long does delivery take?

We ship packages every weekday to ensure fast delivery. Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days, but delays may occur during sales and promotions. If you have any questions about your order, you can contact us here.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs $2.9 to parcel shops and $4.5 for home delivery, but if you shop for over $70, shipping to parcel shops is free.
Our returns cost $3.9 and our exchanges are free.

How long do I have to return?

You have a 33-night sleep guarantee, where you can try out selected products at home. See which products apply here. If you are not satisfied, you can create a return through our return portal here.
For all other products, you have a 14-day return policy.
