Washing guide
Remove the cover.
Zip off the outer cover. The inner cover can also be washed, but this is not necessary.
Wash at low temperature
Place the cover alone in the washing machine and select a gentle 30°C wash cycle.
Air drying is recommended
Hang the cover to dry after washing. Avoid tumble drying.
Washing the filling
Place the shredded memory foam in a laundry bag and wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle.
After washing, allow the foam to dry for at least 24 hours before use.

Machine wash at 40°
Place CoolCloud™ directly into the washing machine without the cover. Use a gentle cycle to maintain the cooling effect.
No fabric softener
Keep the material fresh by using only a mild detergent and low spin speed.
Air drying is recommended
After washing, hang CoolCloud™ to dry. It dries quickly – often in just a few hours – and is ready to use the same evening.

Bamboo can easily be washed at 30 degrees, as bamboo is antibacterial. Bamboo textiles often have a recommendation to be washed at lower temperatures, typically around 30 degrees. This is because higher temperatures can negatively affect the textile.
